Assessment: The therapist will conduct an initial assessment to gain a comprehensive understanding of your family dynamics, individual histories, challenges, and goals for therapy.
Treatment Plan: Based on the assessment, the therapist will develop a personalized treatment plan outlining the therapy goals and the proposed course of action.
Coparenting Education: You will receive education and guidance on effective coparenting techniques and strategies to enhance communication, cooperation, and mutual support in the best interest of your children.
Conflict Resolution: The therapist will assist in addressing and resolving conflicts, helping you develop healthier ways of communication and conflict management.
Reunification Support: If applicable, the therapy will provide support and guidance during the process of reunification with your children, facilitating the transition and adjustment for all family members.

Confidentiality:
Your privacy is of utmost importance. All information shared during therapy sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent, except in cases where mandated by law (e.g., suspected child abuse or harm to self or others). Please note that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in certain legal situations, such as court-ordered therapy or child custody evaluations.
Limits of Confidentiality:
The therapist is obligated to break confidentiality under the following circumstances:
If there is an immediate threat of harm to yourself or others.
If there is suspected child abuse or neglect.
If the therapist receives a court order or subpoena requiring the release of information.
Participation and Cooperation:
Therapy requires active participation and commitment from both co-parents. Your willingness to engage in the therapeutic process and cooperate with the therapist's recommendations is crucial to the success of the therapy.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payment for each therapy session is due at the time of scheduling. The therapist's office will provide you with the applicable fees and payment options. Additionally, please be aware that any phone calls, meetings, or emails with parents, attorneys, Guardian Ad Litum's, Friends of the court, healthcare providers, schools, or other relevant parties to the family matter are billed at $195 per hour.
If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so without a fee up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please be mindful of the cancellation policy to avoid any charges.
Consent for Coordination with Relevant Parties:
As part of the Coparenting and Family Reunification Therapy process, you give consent to the therapist to contact all relevant parties, including but not limited to parents, attorneys, Guardian Ad Litum's, Friends of the court, healthcare providers, schools, or other individuals involved in the family matter. This coordination is intended to facilitate the coparenting and family reunification process and support the overall goals of therapy.
Duration and Termination:
The duration of therapy will depend on the complexity of the issues and your progress towards the therapy goals. You have the right to terminate therapy at any time, and the therapist will discuss an appropriate termination process with you.
