Meghana Suchak, Ph.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
I am a recent transplant to Louisville, KY. Originally from India, I earned a Bachelors from Mumbai University in India, a Masters in Psychology from Monash University in Australia, and a PhD from Purdue University in the US.
Over the last 13 years, I have worked in India, Australia and USA in a variety of settings such as non-profit organizations, college counseling centers, community mental health centers, and a grief center connected to a hospice.
I am a generalist practitioner, which means that I am able to work with a variety of issues and concerns. However, over the years I have discovered that I have a particularly keen understanding of of the issues faced by immigrants, people struggling with life transitions (i.e., launching a new career, adjusting to chronic illnesses, care-giving), and people dealing with a variety of grief and loss issues (both death and non-death related).
